What elements should be present in any lawsuit for Nationals to exercise their authority?
There is a wide range of legal moves necessary but chief among them are DEMURRER OR MOTION TO DISMISS, AFFIDAVIT IN FORM of WITNESS TESTIMONY, AFFIDAVIT OF NEGATIVE AVERMENT,  MEMORANDUM OF LAW AND POINTS AND AUTHORITY, MUST INCLUDE DAMAGES, and these other points: Dismiss With Prejudice,  ORDERS, CERTIFICATE OF SERVICE (and the way it can be served), EXHIBITS.

When is presenting a POA acceptable for a National?
While we strive to not embroil ourselves with defacto, signing a POA limited and only to a specific case then rescinding the POA after the case is closed using an attorney may be prudent and does not disqualify you from the National Status.

How may a National, once repatriated and declared, rescind their status?
A National registering to vote in the corporate elections is now a legal and fictitious corporation once again. Maintaining registration or newly registering rescinds the declaration and reverts the National to only beneficiary/slave status/parens patriae.
