Launch Your County or State LRO

Land Recording Offices manage the Records of the People. Every State and every County need their own Land Recording Office to organize and access files, both digital and hard copy.

These Records are reviewed by the State and County Recording Secretaries respectively. Records can include Status Records, Baby Deeds, Notices, Land Patents, Birth/Death Records, Property, Wills, etc. Recording Secretaries approved by each assembly are responsible for the safety and accuracy of all documents recorded. Only People on the Land and Soil Jurisdiction are recorded in the LRO of that state or county.
