Humanitarian Project Funding
Instructions for American State Nationals and Citizens, Assembly Portal Coming Soon 2026.
Please follow these steps for learning, presenting yourself and your funding project to USCPB the Divine Law Trust private bank for multiple trusts.
What you will need:
- Your business plan featuring your GDP conversion project/ or humanitarian project with you being paid in a role to assist this plan/process.
- Your Trust or commerce vehicle.
- Complete Your KYC.
- Optional Dominion Letter.
- Consult the FAQ and all training videos prior to emailing questions and applying through Step 2 link.
Step 1:
Introduce yourself to the US Capital Private bank if you haven't already, at their YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/@HrhDavidII/videos

Step 2:
Open up a US Capital Private Bank account using this link: https://uscapitalprivatebank.com?reference=emilywagy. You are encouraged to read all the privacy policies and terms before clicking "Register."
You may wish to include and record with your application the following Dominion letter (below)
Use your name and whatever email address that is appropriate for the type of account you are opening - personal email, business, or organization email, or Assembly office email. You can open up a personal account, a business, or organization account and/or an account on behalf of your County Assembly after you get their explicit permission, of course.
County Assembly projects will take priority over State Assembly projects, and are coming soon but not yet available.
Shortly, you will receive a Welcome Pack email.
If you get any error, include your error in your support ticket in Step 5.
Step 3.
Open a project portal account at this link: https://projects.uscpb.net/authentication/register. You are encouraged to read all the privacy policies and terms before clicking "Register."

Consider presenting a Dominion Affirmation available on the document generator.
Step 4:
Check your email for your Welcome Pack. Open it up and follow along using this video to fill out the pages the best you can: https://youtu.be/JUrS0TL5WsA. Make note of the questions you have about any page that you can't fill out and include it in the support ticket.

Do not continue to call or email the bank repeatedly for the same/similar request, they are a team working with many clients and if your project will be accepted, you will be contacted.
County Assembly applications are currently coming soon. When support contacts you back, they will further instruct you on what is the required next steps for your Assembly. They will be implementing new presentment documents for Assemblies.
Step 5:
Go to the project portal and put in a support ticket. In this support ticket, tell the bank what business, organization or County Assembly you are representing or if you are doing an account for yourself. If you had any issues with registering at the account or project portal, include that issue here. If you have any questions about the Welcome Pack include those questions here.

Fill out the USPCB Welcome Pack correctly and get instruction on how to present your business plan once you are contacted by a relationship manager. Please note, to assist with loan costs, you may also want to consider submitting a grant request. The grant instrument portal will be added in the future; however, you can submit your own self-directed grant.
